- Please allow 24 hours for any vouchers or licenses to be transmitted to you via the "Contact Email" address you provide during the order process.
- The product expires 12 month(s) from when it is issued.
- Vouchers or licenses are not valid if altered or revised in any way and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- All vouchers within the bundle must be used by the same candidate. No candidate association is made until the first voucher is used.

- A candidate receives a retake voucher only after failing an exam using a voucher from this bundle.
- The retake voucher may only be used by the candidate that failed the exam.
- The retake voucher may only be used for the exact same exam that was failed.
